Symposium at Al-Karkh University of Science on Lower Limbs Surgery

The Department of Medical Physics in the College of Science at Al-Karkh University of Science, organized a seminar on angles measurements in the surgery of deformities of the lower limbs. The symposium was attended by a number of academics and doctors.

The lecture was presented by Dr. Moayad Jawad Odeh, who is a specialist in orthopedic surgery and fractures, in which he presented the cases faced by doctors in the surgery of deformities of the lower extremities. He explained the serial steps in correcting the deformities, by specifying and describing them accurately, and explaining the principle of normal anatomy for planning before starting surgery.

The seminar dealt with layouts and examples of the repair of deformity around the knee joint as well as the condition of a different seat hip replacement.
