Achieving the meeting with the President of the University of Al-Karkh for Sciences for the cadre of the Faculty of Science
Professors of the Faculty of Science received guidance from the President of Al-Karkh University for Sciences Assistant Professor Dr. Thamer Abdul Amir Hussein and in the presence of the Assistant Administrative Assistant to the President of Al-Karkh University of Sciences and Dean of the Faculty of Sciences. In addition to the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Energy and Environmental Sciences. Rafea Abbas Hassan and the attendance of all teaching staff of the faculties of Al-Karkh University of Sciences. The meeting included the following directives:
1-In order to communicate with the global academic cadre through global networks, he pointed to the need to register on the five sites (including Pueblos, Research Gate, ResearcherID, ORCID, Google Scholar).
2-For the purpose of promoting the level of international universities, he stressed the emphasis on the faculties of the work on the system of decisions in the coming years and the intensification of courses on dealing with the decisions and achieve the requirements of this system equivalent to 135 units to be collected by the student.
3-He stressed the importance of publishing within the Iraqi and international publishing outlets and away from publication in predatory magazines. He called on the need to cite research by Iraqi researchers for the purpose of upgrading Iraqi efforts.
His Excellency explained with the approval of His Excellency the Honorable Minister to grant a grant to the Iraqi universities, especially the newly created, and from the principle of establishing a laboratory work system, in order to provide the basic requirements of equipment and materials whose cost is estimated and determined by the manufacturers. At the end of the meeting, His Excellency wished success to all the university professors and to exert their efforts and time to raise the level of the university for the purpose of university progress within the international classifications.
