Professor Asma Sami Ibrahim participated in the management of one of the scientific sessions within the activities of the second day of the 10th International Scientific Conference of Poultry Science, which was held for the period 26-29 / 11/2018 at the Hotel Arora in Sharm El Sheikh – Egypt by the American Poultry Science Society Branch of Egypt and the Egyptian Poultry Science Association In cooperation with the University of Kafr El-Sheikh and the University of Alexandria and the Center for Agricultural Research – Animal Production Research Institute and the Society for the Conservation of Genetic Resources and the Environment of Iraq, which included the following conference axes:
- Poultry production for human health and the environment.
- Poultry Nutrition Chemistry.
- Poultry Production Physiology.
- Housing, tools, and equipment for poultry.
- Automated slaughter and manufacture of poultry meat products.
- Prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of poultry diseases.
- The impact of poultry production projects on food security in the country.
- Inheritance and poultry breeding.
- Poultry feed mixtures.
- Marketing & Advertising.
- Economic feasibility of poultry projects.
The number of research papers that were presented in English at the conference was fifty-four research papers with a number of researches in the form of an electronic poster from different Arab and foreign countries. The number of research papers from Iraq reached 12, with a number of important scientific lectures in poultry science during the conference.
