Seminar at the University of ِِAl-Karkh for Science on the government program

The University of Al-Karkh organized a seminar on the government program 2018-2022, under the patronage of the President of the University, Dr. Thamer Abdul Amir Hassan, and with the participation of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs Dr. Luay Kazem and the deans of the colleges and university employees.

The seminar was organized on the site of the Amiriya based on the guidance of the Prime Minister on the importance of informing the people of Iraq on the government program 2019-2022, which he described as the covenant between the people and the government, and included several paragraphs: a review of the axes of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and some other ministries, 5 paragraphs related to scientific, academic, administrative, technical, students and infrastructure aspects.

The seminar included the presentation of the contributions of Al-Karkh University for Science in the implementation of this governmental program on the establishment of memorandums of understanding and cooperation with local and international universities, the establishment of courses and activities that contribute to the development of the university's capabilities, implementation of e-governance, linking the virtual library, As well as entry into some international classifications, publication in certified journals and others.

The aim of the seminar is to draw up the road map to continue implementing the themes of the 2019-2022 government program and to prepare future plans that aim to achieve the objectives of this program, in order to serve the students and increase the level of higher education in Iraq.
